Terms of Service

Welcome to Jump Into World ("we," "our," or "us"). JumpInto.World is an interactive story platform where you create and play AI-generated stories. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using JumpInto.World, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make material changes.

2. Description of Service

Jump Into World lets you create worlds, characters, and stories powered by AI. You can play through scenes, make choices, and generate new content (text, images, voice) using credits. Content is private by default. You may optionally publish worlds or stories to our public catalog. The service uses third-party AI providers (Groq, OpenAI, Replicate, Runware, Google AI) to generate content.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Sign-up is via Google sign-in. We grant new users a sign-up bonus of credits; credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Credits and Purchases

Scene generation uses credits. Credits can be earned through free sign-up bonuses or purchased via Gumroad. Purchases are final; except where required by law, we do not refund credits or purchases. Prices and credit packages may change. We process payments through Gumroad; their terms apply to your payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or that infringes others' rights. You must not attempt to circumvent security, abuse credits, spam, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the worlds, characters, stories, and other content you create. By using the service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service (e.g., generating AI content, storing your data). If you publish content to our catalog, you grant us a license to display publicly the metadata you choose to share (name, description, cover image). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe others' rights.

7. AI-Generated Content

Stories, scenes, images, and voice are generated by AI. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI output. AI content may be unpredictable or contain errors. You use AI-generated content at your own risk. We are not responsible for content produced by third-party AI providers.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the Jump Into World platform, brand, and software. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute our service without permission. Our trademarks and logos may not be used without our consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
