Account Information

When you sign up or sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile image. We store your credits balance and account preferences.

Content You Create

We store the worlds, characters, stories, and gameplay data you create. This includes story text, character descriptions, scene content, your choices during gameplay, and any custom actions you input. We also store images and audio generated for your content.

Privacy of Your Content

Your worlds, stories, scenes, and gameplay are private by default. Only you can see them. We do not make your individual scenes or gameplay content publicly available. If you choose to publish a world or story to our catalog, only metadata (name, description, cover image) is shown publicly—not your scene-by-scene content.

Payment Information

When you purchase scene credits, payment processing is handled by Gumroad. We receive your email, purchase amount, and transaction details from Gumroad to fulfill your order and credit your account. We do not store your payment card details.

Analytics and Usage Data

We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how you use our service. This includes page views, feature usage (e.g., story creation, gameplay events), sign-up and sign-in events, and unhandled errors. PostHog may collect your IP address, device type, browser, and similar technical data. We identify you in PostHog by your email when you are signed in.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our service, process purchases, personalize your experience, generate AI-powered content (stories, scenes, images, voice), communicate with you, prevent fraud, and analyze usage patterns. We use analytics to improve our product and fix errors.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties, each with their own privacy policies:

• Convex – Backend and database hosting for your account and content
• PostHog – Analytics and error tracking (EU region)
• Google – Authentication when you sign in with Google
• Gumroad – Payment processing for purchases
• AI Providers – Groq, OpenAI, Replicate, Runware, and Google AI to generate stories, images, voice, and other content. Your prompts and content are sent to these providers to produce responses.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. PostHog uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics. Our PostHog requests are routed through our domain to reduce ad-blocker interference. You can opt out of PostHog analytics by disabling cookies or using browser privacy settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us at privacy@jumpinto.world. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. We retain transaction records as required for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's retention settings.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. EU/EEA and UK users have rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under the CCPA. Serbian users have rights under the Law on Personal Data Protection.
