What we keep, and why

We ask for as little as we can: your email, your kid's age band and, if you want, their first name. We never ask for a photo of your child, we don't show ads, we don't sell data, and we never use your notes to train anything.

• Your email address, so we can tell you when episodes open.
• Your child's age band, which sets the episode's vocabulary and length.
• Your child's first name and what they're into, only if you type them.
• How you found us: the link you arrived on (for example which Instagram reel), the page you landed on, a referral code if a friend shared one, and your browser type.
• Which version of the page headline you saw, so we can tell which one explains the show better.

Payments go through Gumroad. Gumroad handles your card details; we never see or store your card number. Gumroad tells us your name, email, what you bought and the link you came from, so we can match your pre-order to your spot.

The samples need no signup. We count plays and which choices get picked, without knowing who you are, so we can make better episodes.

The 20 seconds you tell us about your kid's day is used to make that night's episode, and kept so tomorrow's episode can remember it. To write, draw and voice an episode, that text is sent to the AI services that do those jobs, and only for that purpose. You can delete any of it at any time.

We set one cookie that remembers which headline version you saw, for 90 days. Your browser also keeps the link you arrived on for the current visit. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. We may use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count page views and clicks. There are no advertising cookies.

• PostHog counts visits and clicks, when switched on.

Jump Into World is for parents. Kids watch and choose, but they never sign up or type anything into this website. The only things about your child we keep are what you give us: an age band, an optional first name and what they love.

Email hello@jumpinto.world from the address you signed up with. We'll send you what we hold, or delete it, within 30 days. We keep sign-ups until you ask us to delete them or until we close the service.
